These Subscription Terms govern your purchase and use of TimeWarden Premium, an auto-renewing subscription offered in TimeWarden: Watch Identifier (the “App”), operated by TimeWarden AI (“we,” “us”). They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You must satisfy the eligibility requirements in the Terms of Service. By starting a subscription or free trial, you agree to these Subscription Terms.
1. Subscription offerings
TimeWarden Premium is available through auto-renewing plans. Prices are charged in the currency shown by Google Play, may vary by country, and may include or be subject to applicable tax.

The price, trial, period, and terms displayed in Google Play at confirmation are the offer that applies to you.
2. Free trial
The Weekly plan may include a three-day free trial for eligible first-time subscribers. Unless you cancel before the deadline displayed by Google Play, the trial converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged the then-current price. Trial eligibility and use are determined by Google Play.
3. Renewal
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal deadline shown by Google Play.
- Google Play charges your account for renewal within the period described at checkout and in your subscription settings.
- Renewal continues until cancellation. Uninstalling the App or deleting your TimeWarden account does not cancel the Play subscription.
4. Billing
Payment is charged to your Google Play account. Google processes purchases, renewals, taxes, billing records, and payment methods under the Google Play Terms of Service. We receive a purchase token and transaction status to verify Premium access; we do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
5. Managing and cancelling
To manage or cancel, open Google Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → TimeWarden. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, and Premium remains available until then. Except where law or Google Play policy requires otherwise, cancelling does not produce a partial-period refund.
6. Refunds and statutory rights
Refund requests are handled under the Google Play refund policy. Because Google processes payment, request a refund through Google Play. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including any refund or withdrawal right that cannot lawfully be waived.
7. Price changes
We may change future subscription prices. When required, Google Play will provide advance notice or request consent before a new price applies. You can cancel before the next renewal if you do not accept a change.
8. Premium access
- Unlimited ordinary watch scans, subject to reasonable technical, safety, and abuse-prevention limits.
- Unlimited collection storage, subject to reasonable technical and fair-use constraints.
- Full analysis reports, including materials, movement, history, and factors affecting estimated value.
- Automated authenticity guidance.
- No in-app advertising while Premium is active.
Features may evolve. Identifications, estimates, and authenticity assessments are automated informational guidance, not appraisals, certificates, or guarantees, as explained in the Terms of Service.
9. Suspension and loss of access
Premium access may be suspended if a payment is reversed, the purchase cannot be verified, or the account is used fraudulently or in material breach of the Terms. If Google restores a valid entitlement, we will use reasonable efforts to restore access.
