TimeWarden — Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern your purchase and use of TimeWarden Premium, an auto-renewing subscription offered within the TimeWarden: Watch Identifier mobile app (the “App”), operated by TimeWarden AI (“we”, “us”). They supplement, and are part of, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By starting a subscription or free trial you agree to these terms.

1. Subscription offerings

TimeWarden Premium is available as an auto-renewing subscription on the following plans. Prices are charged in your local currency and may vary by region; applicable taxes may apply.

The displayed price at the point of purchase is the price that applies to you.

2. Free trial

The Weekly plan may include a 3-day free trial for eligible, first-time subscribers. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged the then-current Weekly price. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Trial eligibility is determined by Google Play.

3. Auto-renewal

• Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your Google Play account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Auto-renewal continues until you cancel. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

4. Billing

Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. All purchases, renewals, and billing are processed by Google Play in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

5. Managing and canceling your subscription

You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time:

• Open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select TimeWarden.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Premium access until then. We do not provide partial-period refunds for the unused portion of a paid term except where required by law.

6. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Google Play, and refund requests are subject to the Google Play refund policy. Because billing is handled by Google, we are generally unable to issue refunds directly; please request refunds through Google Play. Statutory rights to a refund or withdrawal that apply in your jurisdiction are unaffected by this section.

7. Price changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Where a change affects your renewal, Google Play will notify you in advance and, where required, obtain your consent before the new price takes effect. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before your next renewal.

8. What Premium unlocks

• Unlimited watch scans (subject to fair-use limits to prevent abuse).
• Unlimited collection storage.
• The full analyst report — materials & build, movement, history, and what drives value.
• The authenticity (real-vs-replica) assessment.
• An ad-free experience.

Features may evolve over time. Identifications, value estimates, and authenticity assessments are AI-generated guidance only and are not appraisals, certifications, or guarantees, as described in our Terms of Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Subscription Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the App. Your continued use of a subscription after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
