You can permanently delete your TimeWarden account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app (instant)

This is the fastest way and removes everything immediately:

  1. Open the TimeWarden app.
  2. Go to Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and your saved collection are erased from our servers right away, and you are signed out.

Option 2 — Email us a deletion request

If you can no longer access the app (for example, you uninstalled it), email us and we will delete your account for you:

Or email support@timewardenai.app from the address linked to your account. Please use the subject line “Delete my TimeWarden account and data”. We verify ownership of the account before deleting, and we action verified requests within 30 days.

Note: subscription billing records held by Google Play are managed by Google and retained per Google’s own policies for legal and accounting purposes. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Google Play subscriptions. Deleting your TimeWarden account does not cancel an active Play subscription — cancel it there to stop future billing.
