Scan photos and shared catalogue records
Ordinary scan photos are processed transiently and are not saved with your account or the shared catalogue. If artwork generation must retry, the front photo may remain in an in-memory retry queue for up to approximately 18 hours and is removed sooner when the job succeeds, expires, is displaced, or the server restarts.
A successful scan can contribute a de-linked shared watch record, such as a reference, specifications, research report, price history, or generated artwork. These records do not include the original scan photo or your account identity and may remain after deletion because they support the common catalogue used by all collectors.
Records held by other companies
Deleting your TimeWarden account does not delete transaction records held independently by Google Play, erase records a provider must retain for security or legal compliance, or cancel an active subscription. To stop future billing, cancel TimeWarden in your Google Play subscriptions. Google controls the retention of its own billing and app-store records.
