This notice identifies infrastructure and feature providers that may process information on TimeWarden’s behalf or receive information to provide a user-requested feature. It supplements the Privacy Policy and describes the limited role each provider performs.

Locations, retention, and safeguards
TimeWarden’s primary backend region is in the United States. Providers may process information in the United States and other locations identified in their notices and service-provider lists. Their limited operational, security, abuse-prevention, and legal-retention periods may continue after TimeWarden finishes a request. Where required, international transfers are supported by recognized transfer mechanisms or contractual safeguards.

Changes to this notice
Providers may be added, removed, or replaced as the Service changes. We will update the date above and, where required, provide additional notice before a materially different provider begins processing personal information.
